Guild Ranks Member Ranks Hatchling - New Member - first 30 days rank, no one leaves hatchling until their 30 day mark. First Class - Member - After 30 days (if we haven't tied you to a stake and burned you) you will receive a promotion to First Class, or a full member. *Specialist - Member - A rank given out equal to a Corporal, but with a slightly different meaning. This rank is given in acknowledgment of an extreme degree of mastery of your class and/or role, however those who receive the title of Specialist are those who are not the best at passing on that information. If you find yourself explaining how your DPS is so high by saying "It just is" you'll probably find yourself at least at this rank. Corporal - Member - This rank is largely significant to others, as it's a symbol that Morgean, the Second in Command, and Guild Staff feel that you have the knowledge required and the experience required to be of active assistance to other guild members, be it by information, suggestion, or by ALWAYS being there for a run through instances and raids, even if it gets you nothing. Officer Ranks Lieutenant - Role Leader/Class Leader - upon staff judgment, this rank will be given out to those who show the judgment, restraint, and responsibility required to help us manage the guild. This rank is afforded the right to invite people to the guild, to view officer notes, to officially reprimand members, and will be expected to periodically keep, Morgean and the Second in Command, informed of the performance and abilities of guild members which we may not see on a day to day basis. These members are the enforcers the Police of the guild. They have no ability to make rules they can only enforce them. They can make suggestions that will be brought up by the Dragon Counsel. Dragon Counsel - High Ranking Officials - Role leader and class leaders will make suggestions on people to fill spots in raids and instances, and are responsible for the development and progression of their subordinates through professions, skills, talents, levels, and raids. These officers have the ability to invite guild members. These members also have the responsibility to keep staff informed on players performance and recommend when they believe a member is ready for promotion. These officers also have the ability to withdraw from the request tab from the guild bank. We trust their judgment but keep in mind abuse this power and be punished. This rank besides the Second in Command is the highest possible and yes that means a lot of freedom but that also has a lot of responsibility. These members help Morgean and the Second in Command create rules then communicate these new rules to the Officers. Elder Wyrm - Second in Command - oversees guild functions, raids, second in command, with the rights and responsibilities equal to the guild leader, only outranked by the guild leader. Great Wyrm - Guild Leader - Morgean our unquestioned leader.
